Why I do what I do.
I'm Nick Thorp, an AI product builder. I take software from idea to shipped — auth, payments, AI, and deployment included — across SaaS, regulated finance, autonomous systems, and consumer apps. What's below isn't a list of demos; each one is a product built to be used.
Ship the whole thing.
The repo is the proof, not the deck. Auth, payments, AI, deploy — if it’s not running, it doesn’t count.

Work that took a team now takes one person. I build for that new reality, not the old one.
Breadth is the point.
